New Course Available

The new course "Forms of Ownership" has been approved and is now available.
This important course details the most common legal forms of ownership used to “hold” investment real estate. It reviews the differences between the separate forms as well as their benefits and requirements. This is important data when anyone is wondering how they should hold real estate to meet their specific needs and goals.
