The new course "Forms of Ownership" has been approved and is now available.

This important course details the most common legal forms of ownership used to “hold” investment real estate. It reviews the differences between the separate forms as well as their benefits and requirements. This is important data when anyone is wondering how they should hold real estate to meet their specific needs and goals. The material includes an outline of the process to form and maintain these entities. As a bonus, we have included information on Trusts, what they really are and how and why they are used. This is great foundational knowledge for anyone interested.

We just made some improvements to the way classes are reported.

The status is now reported it on the course history section of your "My Courses" page.

When you sign up for a course, the status is set to "Untaken / Incomplete". When you finish attending the course, the status is changed to "Course Completed: Notification of State Pending." Once we report your credit(s) to the state, the status is set to "Course Completed and C.E. Credit Reported to State."

We've also changed some things on the backend to make it faster for us to track your course completion and report your credit to the state.

In other news, the third course is in production and should be finished and live within two weeks.

Ok, as you can see the new site has been uploaded. We've got a new face and a new back end. There may be a couple of kinks these first few days, but everything seems to be working so far.

The new website is much easier to navigate and use. It will improve your CE experience greatly.
